Victor Barrett, Magnus Lewin, and Elisabeth Johansen each came to the idea from a different direction — island development, luxury sailing, interior and hospitality design, and a shared belief that ownership should feel lighter, freer, and more alive.
Magnus spent more than two decades building one of the world’s leading members only luxury yacht vacation businesses. Elisabeth brought a refined design sensibility shaped by interiors, hospitality, and a life lived between cultures and coastlines. Victor brought the development vision: sustainable, resilient tropical residences that could be beautifully designed, professionally managed, and connected to the sea.
