Each Founder owns an interest connected to a real AquaTerra residence and receives managed access to that residence, reciprocal use across AquaTerra destinations, local boating, and global sailing opportunities through AquaTerra’s exclusive sailing partner.

AquaTerra is designed to make vacation planning simple. Founders receive flexible annual owner access rights and use an organized scheduling system to reserve residence stays. Luxury sailing vacations are booked directly with our yachting partner at any of 18 worldwide locations.

Founder ownership includes defined annual residence access, professional property management, arrival preparation, local boating access with a captain during residence stays, reciprocal access between AquaTerra and Third Home destinations, and curated global sailing access through AquaTerra’s sailing partner.
